Here you'll find quick answers to the questions we get most often about our equipment, shipping, and general questions.
Lead Times / Made to Order
Lead times are listed in each product description. The schedule is set by the item that takes the longest to build. We ship once the entire order is complete. If you grab a stock item (ready now) and a custom item (ready in 2 weeks), your package leaves in 2 weeks.
We do not split shipments, except for large bulk orders. If you can’t wait for the made-to-order gear, please buy the in-stock items separately so you will receive them sooner.
Available on Backorder
This status means the item is currently out of stock. We are manufacturing more or waiting for a resupply. It will ship within the specific timeframe listed on the product page.
Important: Just like made-to-order gear, your entire order waits for this item. We ship everything in one package once the back-ordered stock arrives. If you need the other in-stock items immediately, please place a separate order for them.
Local Pickup
You can pick up your gear directly from our location in Graz. Note that this is currently strictly by appointment. Can’t see the option? The pickup option is not always visible at checkout. If you want to collect your order personally but can’t select it, just contact us and we’ll set it up manually.
How it works: Once your order is packed and ready, we will contact you (via Email, SMS, or Call) with details to schedule a time slot.
Duties & Customs (All non-EU)
Since our gear is manufactured in Austria (European Union), shipments to other parts of the world usually incur local VAT and import duties. You are responsible for paying these fees to your local customs office upon arrival.
Want to prepay and forget it? We offer DDP Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid). You can select this at checkout (if available) or contact us to set it up manually.

Duties & Customs (United States)
The US has introduced a tax of roughly 15% on everything made in Austria/EU. By default, you are responsible for paying this duty to customs upon arrival.
